Thank You to all involved in our Golf Classic last Friday, especially all our Teams and Tee Box Sponsors, without your support our fundraiser for the day to day running of our club wouldn't be the success it is!

Many Thanks to our Organising Committee, our host Kilcock Golf Club, our Main Club Sponsors McCormack Family Farms, Alan Bruton and Colton Motors Mullingar for coming on board as a co-sponsor for the day and providing the 2 vehicles (in Moynalvey colours) at the 1st Tee.

GAA Covid Update 20/07/2021

E-mail Print PDF

Please note the following updates in relation to Covid-19:

Covid Return to Play Guidelines – given the increased transmissibility of the virus and levels in the community currently, it is now more important than ever that the Return to Play Guidelines issued previously are strictly followed if the playing season is to pass off successfully. There should be no indoor activity whatsoever at club level, and at county level we again strongly advise that indoor activity is limited to whatever is strictly necessary. Players and officials also need to be diligent in following travel guidelines to training and games (i.e., traveling separately whenever possible). and broadly ensuring the number of close contacts for players and members is kept to a minimum.

GAA Covid Update for 26 counties - 02/06/2021

E-mail Print PDF

As you are aware, the Irish Government last Friday confirmed a further relaxation of Covid-19 restrictions to take affect from Monday, June 7th.

In terms of Gaelic Games, the impact of this for various activities is outlined below.

Games/Attendances From June 7th, competitive and challenge games at all levels of club and inter county are permitted to take place. However, it is essential that we continue to proceed with caution and that the Return to Play Protocols linked here continue to be followed.

In terms of attendances, 100 spectators will be permitted to attend GAA games (club and inter county) in the 26 Counties from Monday, June 7th. This number is in addition to players, team personnel, stewards or media attendees. Where a ground has a minimum accredited capacity of 5,000, a maximum of 200 spectators can attend.
