24HR WALK-A-THON FUNDRAISER (Friday 29th & Saturday 30th July 6pm-6pm)

Image 124 Hr Walkathon Fundraiser to help finance the continuing development of our facilities.

2020 saw the opening of our new walking track which has since become a central hub of our community with people meeting for a safe and healthy place to walk/run, meet friends or simply clear the head.

Moynalvey GFC were delighted to receive funding of €39,638 from the latest Sports Capital Program allocations which will be used to further enhance our facilities at Kilmore Park.

Huge thanks must be given to all our local and national representatives who made submissions on our behalf; many called out to see our facilities and were impressed with the works done to date, the inclusivity we are trying to achieve, and the uptake from our surrounding communities.
In order to continue our development work, we are looking for the support of our members and greater community to further fundraise.

We are organising a 24hour walkathon commencing Friday 29th July at 6pm at our walking track, finishing at 6pm on Saturday 30th July. We will have 24 teams, each team will walk for one hour and we aim for each team to raise a minimum of €500.

As always, we look forward to the continued support of our community!
Go to our fund me page below to make a donation/sponsor a participant you may know to show your support!
