The Moynalvey boys had mixed fortunes in the U 15 blitz in Summerhill on June 7th competing well with very strong Summerhill and Na Fianna panels.

Rookie manager Cillian O Sullivan worked a few impressive tactical successes to turn a 4 point half time deficit into a one point victory against Summerhill with Adam Murphy simply outstanding combining high fielding with a sequence of long range points and two excellent frees from distance off the ground . He was well assisted by Scott Tuite and  Stephen Quinn in leading the team to victory and full bragging rights in the exciting local derby clash.  It was a brilliant display by the understrength Moynalvey team to inspire the Senior squad in upcoming local derby clashes!
A very strong and well drilled Na Fianna squad were excellent in the second match and although Moynalvey competed well throughout the Div 1 side were impressive and recorded a comfortable victory.
