GAA – RETURN to PLAY – MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

With the announcement that Club pitches will re-open on June 24th (Adult teams) and June 27th (underage and minor teams) it is essential that, prior to these dates, that all participants, especially Before any Adult Player, Juvenile Player, Mentor Returns to Play the following 3 Requirements MUST BE COMPLETED:

1.HEALTH QUESTIONNARE
  (Takes approx. 20 mins - Please screenshot/download your cert to present to Club Covid Supervisors when requested)

2. HEALTH QUESTIONNARE
  (Questionnaire to be completed once by all Players or Parent/Guardians of Juveniles before return to play, then sign off each training//session game subsequently)

3. MEMBERSHIP
  (If you haven't already done so - please ensure you are up to date paid member of Moynalvey GFC - can be submitted at the top right of this website)

Before any player, Juvenile Player, Mentor returns to play the following 3 Requirements MUST BE COMPLETED:

(1)  ONLINE COVID19 RETURN TO PLAY - E-LEARNING MODULE
This eLearning module aims to inform those involved with GAA, LGFA and Camogie Association Clubs on their roles and responsibilities for the safe resumption of Gaelic games activities. It is particularly aimed at Covid Supervisors/Officers, Players/Team Personnel, and the Parents/Guardians of Underage Players. However, Clubs should ensure that anyone present at training sessions/games completes it to gain an understanding of the Safe Return Guidelines.

Participants will be able to gain a certificate of completion which they can screenshot or print to present to the relevant Covid Supervisors in their Club as per the return to activity Guidelines.It takes 20 minutes to complete and should be completed by anyone entering club facilities especially players (completed by parents/guardians of juveniles) and team personnel.

(2) HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
(This along with the elearning module, which must also be undertaken, are two key parts of the return to play roadmap for Gaelic games.)
From Today Tuesday 23rd June, a Health Questionnaire will be available from the GAA website. https://returntoplay.gaa.ie

With the announcement that Club pitches will re-open on June 24th (Adult teams) and June 27th (underage and minor teams) it is essential that, prior to these dates, that all participants, especially adult players, parents/guardians of underage players and team personnel, complete the online eLearning module and retain a copy of their certificate of completion.

In addition, one of the key control measures that has been put in place as part of a Safe Return to Gaelic Games is a Health Questionnaire.

• Adult players, parents/guardians of underage players and team personnel will be required to complete the online Health Questionnaire once prior to their return to GAA Activities.
• Using the same system, Adult players, parents/guardians of underage players and team personnel will be required to declare, before each training session/game, that their health status has not changed.

(3) MEMBERSHIP MUST BE PAID
Prior to Returning to Play – Please ENSURE YOU HAVE PAID YOUR MEMBERSHIP, which can be submitted at the top right hand side of this website.
