At our preview night last year Gordon & the panel were bullish on Don Cossack’s Gold Cup hopes; and rightly so as it turned out! Last year a signed picture (by Gordon Elliott & Bryan Cooper) of the then Gold Cup prospect Don Cossack was purchased in the night’s auction by a local bidder, now obviously a keepsake following the Don’s success!
Will there be another big local winner this year? Will it be Gordon’s Outlander or Don Poli, Robbie Power’s mount Sizing John or will Sean Flanagan partner the Noel Meade trained Road To Riches to victory in the Gold Cup? What views will the panel have on the other big races of the festival?
