The first half was a tight affair and a St Colmcilles goal meant they led by 1 - 4 to 0 - 6 at the interval. However, Moynalvey got more on top in the second half and goals from Feidhlim Cunningham and Ray Ryan as well as a succession of points meant Moynalvey emerged victorious by 11 points in the end.
